OneButton 24/7 Off-Site Support ($99/month - per household)

Most issues can be resolved by the Off-Site Support Team and do not require a visit. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, the case will be referred to our On-Site Support Team, and an On-Site visit will be scheduled at $225/hr.

*Off-Site and On-Site Support will only be offered to monthly subscribers. Remote servicing equipment required.
