WELCOME TO OneButton LA Support

The installation of your OneButton system includes a one-year warranty of Equipment and Labor. This includes Off-Site/Remote Support, and On-Site Support during normal business hours. After the warranty period, and for Support-Only Projects, a Service Contract is required for continued support of the system. The contract is billed monthly at fee.

STANDARD SUPPORT

Billed Monthly: $99.00


Included Services:

  • Remote support via phone, text, email, or chat (M-F, 8am-6pm)

  • On-site support (M-F 8am-6pm, weekends 9am-6pm)

  • One monthly complimentary visit included, $225/hour thereafter

  • 24 hours response time and scheduling.

  • Remote diagnostics and power cycling of OneButton devices through the mobile app (remote servicing equipment required).

 
 

PREMIER SUPPORT

Billed Monthly: $499.00

Included Services:

  • Access to all services included in the “Standard Support Plan.”

  • Remote support via phone, text, email, or chat (24/7/365)

  • Biannual system health check-ins (remote monitoring equipment required)

  • Annual Wi-Fi network scan (remote monitoring equipment required)

  • 10% discount on the hourly rate

 
 

ELITE SUPPORT

Billed Monthly: $999.00

Included Services:

  • Access to all services included in the “Standard Support Plan.”

  • Remote support via phone, text, email, or chat (24/7/365)

  • Monthly system health check-ins and Wi-Fi network scan 

  • Pre event system checks offered at an additional hourly rate of $150hr

  • Onsite weekend and after hours service, event management and oversight offered at $225hr

  • 10% discount on the hourly rate
