WELCOME TO OneButton LA Support

The installation of your OneButton system includes a one-year warranty of Equpment and Labor. This includes Off-Site/Remote Support, and On-Site Support during normal business hours.

After the warranty period, and for Support-Only Projects, a Service Contract is required for continued support of the system. The contract is billed monthly at $99/ month. On-Site Support is billed at the standard hourly rate of $225/hr.

Included Services:

Off-Site Support (M-F 8am-7pm. Weekends 11am-7pm)
Phone, Text, Email or Chat with a remote technician.

On-Site Support (M-F 8am-4pm. Weekends 11am-7pm)
If an issue cannot be resolved remotely an on-site visit will be scheduled for the first available time.
